Compounding our frustrations was the lack of properly recorded payments. we were double-billed for breakfast items we had already paid for the night before and faced refusal when asking for resolutions.

the walk to the slope was tricky due to the ice , but the roomy kitchen made cooking easy. having 12 minutes to the center of menuir was really convenient. the wifi was dependable, keeping us connected !
